THE FAMILY:
Suau lamps are designed and manufactured by Mediterranean Objectsin Barcelona, Spain.
They have an outer shade of MDF wooden slats, laser cut and assembled one by one, so that they create two different visual textures, one more dense, the other more open.
Another inner lampshade, made of paper and special pvc for lamps, is off-white, and diffuses the light, creating a soft atmosphere and pleasant ambient light.
LAMPSHADE:
Model ‘M’ has a cylindrical shade 26 cm (10.2”) high and Ø23 cm (9”) in diameter. A white inner sheet screens the light from the lamp, while another outer shade is made of laser-cut mdf wood slats, assembled one by one in our workshop, to create two different textures, one more permeable, the other more dense. It creates a soft atmosphere, a pleasant ambient light. In the M model, a lower flat screen made of the same material as the side screen covers the bulb from view.
LIGHT:
In its interior, it has a lamp holder with place for a bulb type E-27 or E-26. It is recommended to use LED bulbs warm light color. It provides a dim light very pleasant to the eye. It is fixed to the ceiling or false ceiling mechanically, and it is possible to use it in Europe, United States, United Kingdom, and other geographical areas.
STRUCTURE:
The rosette is made of metal in white color, and comes by default with a brown textile cable.
POSITION:
For placement in both domestic and commercial spaces.
